The Activity Lookup allows you to search for an entity based on their involvement in an activity or an event. The Activity Lookup should not be confused with the Student Activity Lookup.

Note: If you are performing a template lookup, some of the fields described below may not appear on the form.
Data Fields:

Activity |
The activity that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_activity_table (AR). |

Unit |
This code is used to identify the school or unit. Values in this drop-down list are validated against tms_unit_code (UU). |

Group |
The group that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_activity_group table (AG). |
|
Participation |
The level of participation that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_participation table (AS). |

Fee Status |
The status of the activity fee you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_fee_status table (Y0). |

Special Handling |
The type of special handling you wish to look up (special diet, needs handicapped access, etc.) Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_special_handling table (Y2). |

Assigned ID |
The Advance Staff ID of the staff member assigned to the entity you wish to look up. Use the drop-down list to select a Staff member. |

Host ID |
The Advance Host ID of the staff/volunteer assigned to host the participant you wish to look up. You may use the drop-down list to select a Staff member or manually enter in the Staff member ID number. |

Tickets |
This field indicates ticket information that you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_tickets table (YI). |

Menu |
This field indicates the type of menu you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_menu table (Y3). |

Source |
This field indicates the type of activity source you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_activity_source table (A5). |

Data Source |
This field indicates the source from which the participation information you wish to look up originated. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_data_source table (YI). |

The start date for the activity you wish to look up. |

Stop |
The stop date for the activity you wish to look up. |

Table Number |
Free-form field for information on the table at which the participant will be seated. |

Date Modified |
The date modified for the activity you wish to look up. |

Spouse Attending |
This field indicates the attendance by the participant’s spouse that you wish to look up. Hard-coded values include 'Spouse Attending', 'Spouse Not Attending', and 'ALL'. |
