Data Fields:

Signer ID |
The Advance entity ID number of the person that signed the acknowledgment you wish to look up. |

Letter |
The acknowledgment letter to be sent to the member for the membership you wish to look up. Values in this drop-down list are validated against the tms_memb_ack table (MC). |

Sequence |
The sequence number of the acknowledgement you wish to look up. |

Operator Name |
The name of the operator that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |
|
User Group |
The name of the user group that last modified the row that you wish to look up. |
|
Amount |
The membership amount being acknowledged by the letter or receipt you wish to look up. |

Date |
The date of the acknowledgment you wish to look up. |

Date Added |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was added. |

Date Modified |
The date that the row that you wish to look up was last modified. |
