Preferences displays the event preferences for an entity.
To view or maintain preferences:
While current on the Event branch of the Entity Page Tree, click Preferences, or click Go To, select Entity Event Preferences (Application ID 16062, EPREF), enter an Entity ID and click 'Go'.
On the Preferences Form, view the details, or enter the appropriate information.
Save or cancel your changes.
Fields on the Preferences Form include:

Lodging |
The preferred lodging location; values in this drop-down list are validated against the Event Lodging Pref table (tms_event_lodging_pref, EV64). |

Travel |
The preferred class of transportation; values in this drop-down list are validated against the Event Travel Pref table (tms_event_travel_pref, EV63). |

Room |
The preferred type of room; values in this drop-down list are validated against the Event Room Pref table (tms_event_room_pref, EV62). |

Golf Handicap |
The golf handicap for this entity. |

Golf Handicap Date |
The date of the golf handicap. |
|
Smoking |
The smoking preference of the entity; hard-coded values in this drop-down list are None, No and Yes. |

Seating |
The transportation seating preference; hard-coded values in this drop-down list are None, Aisle and Window. |
