Participation

Participation displays events to which the entity is associated. The Participation Filter allows you to configure the filter to display seven types of participation by checking the appropriate check box(es). The filtered results display in the box below the list of events. The value labels correspond with the filter check boxes.

 

 

To view and filter Participation:

  1. While current on the Entity, select the Participation branch on the Event Page Tree, or click Go To, select Entity Event Participation (Application ID 16067, EPART), enter an Entity ID and click 'Go'.

  2. On the Participation Form, identify the data you wish to filter and view by checking the appropriate check boxes.

  3. When you have made your filtering selections, click Filter on the form header.

  4. Your filtered selections will display on the form.

 

 

The Participation check box options include:

 

Honoree

Checking this displays the number of times the entity was an event honoree.

Invite

Checking this displays the number of invitations sent to the entity.

Part

Checking this displays the number of times the entity participated in an event.

Reg

Checking this displays the number of registrations for events for this entity.

Sponsor

Checking this displays the number of times this entity was a sponsor for an event.

Staff

Checking this displays the number of times this entity was a staff member for an event.

Task

Checking this displays the number of event tasks for which this entity was responsible.

Display Cancelled Data

Checking this displays cancelled registration and participant data.
