Matching Gifts

Matching Gifts displays all matching gift transactions for an organization.

 

To display the Matching Claims View for an organization:

  1. Perform a Lookup, using either the Entity's name or Entity ID to display the Entity Profile.

  2. Expand 'Giving' on the Entity Profile Page Tree.

  3. Click 'Views' and the Views Form displays.

  4. In the Views Form, click the 'Matching Gifts' row on the list and the detail displays.

 

Data Fields:

 

Record Date

This is the date of record for the matching gift.

Amount

This is the hard credit amount for the matching gift.

Receipt

This is the receipt number of the original gift that was matched.

Donor Matched

This is the preferred name of the donor who gave the gift being matched.

Receipt Date

This is the date of receipt for this matching gift.

Payment Type

This is the payment type used to pay the matching gift.

MG#

This is the matching gift number of the gift being matched.

Allocation Code

This is the area to which the funds from the matching gift were allocated.
