To Add data via Mass Update:
Perform a lookup and locate the entities whose records you wish to update.
Select Copy All on the Actions list while current on the Lookup Results List. You may also wish to select individual rows on the list and Copy them.
If you performed a Bio lookup which has results compatible with a corresponding Bio clipboard (as indicated in the Mass Update table), a popup will display for you to identify the clipboard where you wish to copy the data. Check the appropriate check box and click OK.
Navigate to the clipboard by selecting Clipboard from the Lookup Results Application Header Actions list.
While current on the clipboard, from the Actions list, select Mass Add. You may be current on any clipboard on which there is data.
Enter at least the required value(s) in the form and click 'Save' on the Form Header. When you 'Save' your changes, the row for the data will display in the Types of Data form.
You may enter additional 'Add' rows, if you wish. When you are finished entering all of the 'Add' data, you are ready for processing.
