Locating a Proposal ID Number

To locate a Proposal ID number when you do not know the Entity ID number of the Prospect the Proposal is for:

  1. Click Go To.

  2. When the Go To appears, select Lookups from the Page Tree, which is located on the left side of the page.

  3. When the lookup options appear in the Page Tree, click Prospect Tracking and then select Proposal.

  4. When the Proposal Tab appears, enter information about the proposal you wish to locate.

  5. Click Search to initiate the search.

  6. When the Proposal Lookup list result appears, scroll through the list and click on the hypertext name.

  7. When the Entity Profile appears, click on the name of the prospect in the Prospect Tracking summary form.

  8. When the Prospect application appears, using the Page Tree, click on the Proposals application.

  9. When the Proposals list appears, the first column in the list will display the Proposal ID number.

 

 

To locate a Proposal ID number when you know the Entity ID number of the Prospect the Proposal is for:

  1. Click Go To.

  2. When Go To appears, select the Entity Profile application (application ID 1101) and enter the Entity ID number of the Entity you wish to locate the Proposal ID number for.

  3. Click Go after you have specified the application and Entity ID number.

  4. When the Entity Profile appears, click the name of the prospect in the Prospect Tracking summary form.

  5. When the Prospect application appears, using the Page Tree, click the Proposals application.

  6. When the Proposals list appears, the first column in the list will display the Proposal ID number.
