How Do I Add a New Program?

To add a new program code:

1. Log into the Advance.

2. Press F5 to invoke to Go To or click Go To on the Main Menu.

3. When Go To appears, scroll through the list and select TMST or TMSC.

4. Scroll through the TMS list and double-click the Prospect Program view (tms_program - table code of 'TB').

5. Click New when the tms_program view appears.

6. Enter the 3-character program code along with any other applicable information for the new program code.

7. Click Save.

After a Program Code is established, you may associate a Prospect with a Program Code. This is known as a Program Prospect.
