Giving Totals sorts the entity's giving totals by fiscal year. The system automatically sorts the years in descending order with the most recent year on top. By using the scrolling arrows on the right side of the form, all yearly giving summary rows for this donor can be seen.
To display the Giving Totals View for an entity:
Perform a Lookup, using either the Entity's name or Entity ID to display the Entity Profile.
Expand 'Giving' on the Entity Profile Page Tree.
Click 'Views' and the Views Form displays.
In the Views Form, click the 'Giving Totals' row on the list and the detail displays.

Pledge Credit |
This is the sum of the soft credit amounts of pledges made in this fiscal year by this entity to an allocation marked for 'Annual Giving' in the Allocation table. |

Gift Credit |
This is the sum of the soft credit amounts of gifts (of any type, including pledge payments, and non-cash gifts), made in this fiscal year by this entity to an allocation marked for 'Annual Giving' in the Allocation table. |

Received |
This is the sum of the hard credit amounts of gifts (of any type, including pledge payments, and non-cash gifts), made in this fiscal year by this entity to an allocation marked for 'Annual Giving' in the Allocation table. |

Matched |
This is the sum of gifts to an allocation marked for 'Annual Giving' in the Allocation table from a matching gift company received in this fiscal year. When inquiring on an individual, these are gifts that matched gifts made by this individual. When the entity being displayed is a matching gift organization, the total of the matching gifts made by that organization will appear under this heading. |

Gift Credit2 |
If the gift credit2 designation in the tms_record_type table has been selected, this is the sum of all of the credit2 amounts for that fiscal year. If the credit2 cap has been invoked, then this sum may be lower than the received and gift credit amounts. |
