Prospect Summary

The Prospect Summary Form on the Entity Profile displays prospect tracking information and the number of Prospect records that belong to this entity. The first line in the Form displays either the date of the most recent Contact Report on file for this entity or the message "No contact rpts recorded." Prospect information is displayed below the "Contact Report" line.

 

There are two ways to access the Entity Profile:

  1. Perform a Lookup, using either the Entity’s name or Entity ID to display the Entity Profile page.

 

or

 

  1. On the Main Menu, click 'Go To'.

  2. Click the Entity Profile Application (Application ID 1101)

  3. Enter an Entity ID in the 'Open with ID Lookup' field.

  4. After you have specified an application and ID number, click Go.

 

 

Note: If you have previously displayed the a Profile, the ID number of the entity you viewed the profile for will automatically default in the Open with ID Lookup field. When a number defaults into this field, you may always override the number provided by the system. If you do not know the ID of the entity, prospect or proposal for which you want to 'Go To', click the 'Lookup' hyperlink on the 'Open with ID Lookup' label and perform a Quick ID Lookup or place your cursor in the 'Open with ID' and press 'Ctrl + F2.' Performing this action will activate the Lookup utility and you will be allowed to search for the entity, prospect or proposal you wish to view in the selected application.

 

 

When multiple prospect rows exist for the same entity, information in the Prospect Summary pane of the Entity Profile window will display in the following order:

  1. Active Y/N, descending

  2. Major Prospect Y/N, descending

  3. Prospect Type, ascending

  4. Prospect Stage, ascending

 

 

To drill down to further levels of detail regarding the entity's prospect information:

  1. Click Prospect Tracking on the Page Tree

  2. Select Views.

  1. While current on the Entity Profile, click the hypertext name in the Prospect Tracking Form.
