Membership Summary

The Membership Summary Form on the Entity Profile contains four pieces of information about the entity’s memberships, if the entity has memberships.

 

There are two ways to access the Entity Profile:

  1. Perform a Lookup, using either the Entity’s name or Entity ID to display the Entity Profile page, which contains the Membership Summary form.

  1. On the Main Menu, click 'Go To'.

  2. Click the Entity Profile Application (Application ID 1101)

  3. Enter an Entity ID in the 'Open with ID Lookup' field.

  4. After you have specified an application and ID number, click Go.

 

 

Note: If you have previously displayed the a Profile, the ID number of the entity you viewed the profile for will automatically default in the Open with ID Lookup field. When a number defaults into this field, you may always override the number provided by the system. If you do not know the ID of the entity, prospect or proposal for which you want to 'Go To', click the 'Lookup' hyperlink on the 'Open with ID Lookup' label and perform a Quick ID Lookup or place your cursor in the 'Open with ID' and press 'Ctrl + F2.' Performing this action will activate the Lookup utility and you will be allowed to search for the entity, prospect or proposal you wish to view in the selected application.

 

 

To drill down to further levels of detail regarding the entity's membership information:

  1. Click Membership on the Page Tree

  2. Select Views.

 

 

Data Fields:

 

Membership Type

This untitled field in the upper left portion of the pane displays the most recent membership for the entity, which may or may not be current.  Non-expired memberships will appear instead of expired memberships. If there are no current memberships, the expired memberships based upon hierarchy ranking will then appear.

First Year Overall

This is the first membership year overall, from the membership table, as calculated based on the fiscal year parameters and the start date of the membership.

Current Start

This field indicates the start date for the current (or most recently begun) membership.

Expires

This field indicates the end date or expiration date for the most recently begun membership.
