In addition to filtering the transaction list, you might find it useful or necessary to use the search and replace feature when working with the data.
To search for and replace data:
Select Search/Replace from the Actions Menu.
Enter your Search/Replace criteria.
If you wish to identify the number of occurrences of your Search/Replace criteria, click 'Get Count' or to execute the Search/Replace, click 'OK'.
Data Fields:
Record Type |
This field allows you to select the type of data you wish to work with. One entry for each type of data contained in the batch will appear in this drop-down list. Required. |
Column |
This is the name of the column, in the selected table specified in the Record Type field above, that you wish to search within. Required |
Search For |
This value will be replaced by the Replace With value. |
Replace With |
This value will replace the value in the Search For field. |
