Attendance History

The Entity Event Summary Application provides an overview of the entity’s attendance at events, both past and future.

 

 

To view the Entity Event Summary:

  1. While current on the Entity, select the Events branch on the Entity Page Tree, or click Go To, select Entity Event Summary (Application ID 90425, ESUM), enter an Entity ID and click 'Go'.

  2. On the Entity Event Application, you may view the Attendance History and Future Attendance information for the entity.

 

 

Fields on the Attendance History Form include:

 

Events Attended

The number of events the entity has attended.

Last Event Attended

The name of the last event the entity attended. Clicking the hyperlink will navigate to the event.

Balance

If there is a balance due, the amount will display here.
