Apply Credits allows viewing and maintaining an entity’s event registration credits.
To view or apply existing credits:
While current on the Entity, select the Apply Credits branch on the Event Page Tree, or click Go To, select Apply Credits (Application ID 90453, EVTREGAPPC), enter a Registration ID and click 'Go'.
Enter the amount of the credit to apply and the Transaction type, e.g., Refund.
Select a Reason from the drop-down list and enter a Note, if you wish.
Click Save or Cancel your changes. The amount 'Remaining' will be adjusted.
If no balance remains after you apply the credit and there are no additional credits, the form will have no entries.
You may also view credits for other entities:
Select 'View Other Credits' from the Apply Credits Actions list.
If the current entity is associated with other entities, e.g., a spouse or employer, these entities will display.
Select an existing associated entity or enter an ID and click OK.
